I approached JMJ to quote for insulation in our old property prior to a heat pump insulation
John visited and advised that what I wanted to do could be done by them. A very reasonable quote was received the next day followed by a request by me to double the workload. This was dealt with immediately with an agreed start date. The day before the start I received confirmation that they would arrive tomorrow and start, the team were efficient, took time to avoid any damage to floors etc and kept us fully informed over the two days. The job was completed on time to my specs and spot on budget. I would add that I ran my own property management company for 15 years and have dealt with many contractors but JMJ have shown to be one of the best I have used, a shame I have now retired

I contacted Tony for a quote to replace my decking after 18 yrs having read the reviews. After a site visit he produced the plan and quote which were very reasonable. He gave a start date and communicated with me to confirm this the week before. On time he arrived and worked for a solid week stripping out and rebuilding a high level decking with glass and steel balustrade and gate to an extremely high standard. The site was left tidy of materials after each day and at the final handover it was spotless. I cannot recommend Tony highly enough to anyone wanting to have any work done by him

Nearly didn’t go into the showroom as I thought it might be a bit expensive - nearly an expensive mistake!! It wasn’t!!
Excellent service from Michael who guided us through the process and provided great ideas and made my plans work.
The team when they arrived were second to none. I have for the last 15 years run my own property management and letting agency in St Andrews managing over 100 properties. As a result I do have a fairly wide knowledge of these works and the team this week were the most professional I have come across, a real pleasure to have them working in our house
