We used Vets and Pets for our pets (Rocky and Ziggy). When we found out Rocky ( Doberman) had heart issue they were brilliant with his treatment till end specially Amir which we trusted imminenly.BUT today they let us down soooo badly. Took my Ziggy (cat) for a check up on Tuesday Amir tried to take blood out of her but Ziggy didn’t let him Amir said ‘ bring her in Thursday am so we can sedate her as we don’t want her to stress l agreed l dropped my little girl to them 10.30 am and been told she’ll be ready in an hour. Not hearing anything from them l kept calling and kept being told she’ll be ready in an hour after 4 hours l’ve called again only to be told there has been complications Ziggy had an heart attack and died. Went to say goodbye to Ziggy and to speak to Amir we’ve been told he wanted to try again once more before sedating her which she’s got stressed and died. Asked loads of questions but all l’ve got is he had a bad judgement and he was sorry.
