Here, in December 2020 I am still awaiting the fixing of a replacement, and am concerned that the missing piece will compromise the security of the remaining sections . I have called many many times and given a myriad of excuses - the latest of course being cover 19! My calls now go unanswered - as did my signed for letters to their registered office. certainly communication is not their strongest point.
