Recently entrusted a lap top to Stuart which was unable to access the internet. The computer was previously out of action for a few years and updates were unavailable. However, Stuart got it up and running again, reinstalled Win 10 and fixed the modem connectivity problem. Kept this all within the arranged price. Pleasant and cooperative, highly recommended.
