literally the worst parcel delivery service ever, leaves a card to arrange redelivery, online redelivery system doesnt work, says to down load app, app recognises tracking number to track, redelivery aprt of app doesnt recognise the exact same number, phone system is automated, no possible way to speak to a human being. now still dont have my very valuable parcel, and no way to get it,

Absolutely Appalling - after leaving me and my 8 month pregnant wife, 5 hrs waiting, turned up with a vehicle not adequate to recover our van, despite repeatedly being told the van details, and weight - the driver towed us for about 15 minutes - then dumped us at a service station - the idea was they were supposed to tow us to another service station a bit further along, to meet up with a link service, to tow us all the way home - however the vehicle the came with, could only go 40 miles an hr, so the drive said he couldn't go on the motorway - the final destination was only another 15 minutes, on a non motorway route anyway - the driver promptly drove off with the keys to our van, didnt inform the link company, who had already been waiting at the pickup point for over 1.5hrs - it is now 10pm, and the link up company, said that their drive had gone off shift, and so noone could rescue us, we finally got home, in a taxi without our vehicle at 3AM
