I picked up an online order prior to going on holiday, it was given to me in a sealed envelope and not counted out as used to be the practice. I foolishly didn't check the amount prior to leaving for France and on arrival had been short changed to the tune of 105 euros.

So far Eurochange customer services have declined my complaint stating that the tally within the branch that day added up, so I could not have received the incorrect amount, implying quite heavily that I have chosen to take time out of my holiday to register a false complaint. Horrendous organisation. Beware at all costs.
