Throughout the process, I found myself periodically ignored. There were multiple instances where my inquiries went unanswered for extended periods. When I did receive responses, they were often contradictory, leaving me confused and uncertain about the next steps. The contract mentions an inventory which I requested on several ocassions but was told there isnt one they can send me. The absolute joke is they themselves have replied to negative reviews advising its important to check the inventory!
Based on my firsthand experience and numerous similar experiences shared by others, I would strongly advise avoiding Harringtons at all costs. If I could give negative stars, I would. The lack of consistent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made this an incredibly disappointing experience.
