Boiler stopped working, called 3 others before coming across Dean (worked way down listing on google). Called Dean at 12:30, was at my house by 3:15 ( had to come from the other side of town). Explained what he was doing/testing to get to the bottom of the problem. Then sorted replacement part within half hour ( could so easily have said can’t get it until tomorrow), came back and fitted it, heating was on and working perfectly by 4:45.

Top class service and would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Had a total bathroom refit carried out by Plumb Yorkshire in Apr 2018 and I was really impressed by Andy Crowther & his team with the quality of work, communication pre/during & post project and the cleanliness while they were in my home.

I recently had a leak in the bathroom which was a potential insurance job (not related to work Plumb Yorkshire had previously carried out). Called Andy & he came within 2 days (at the weekend) to assess the job and ensured his team came out 2 days later (despite a heavy workload) to investigate properly and rectify. 2 days later and no more leak !!! Totally impressed with the customer service received by Plumb Yorkshire who care about past customers as much as they do about current/new customers, something that is rare to find these days
