Very pleased with the professional serviced I received from Basic Arbor. Freddie and his team got five trees under control, from a giant ash to a sad cherry. The best thing is the clear-up. Every last twig is removed - excellent. Highly recommended.

Very pleased. James gave my large laurel hedge its annual trim. He is pleasant, prompt and professional, and very hardworking. He is a perfectionist, and took great care to make sure the hedge was level (it had grown very unevenly), and to clear up every last leaf. Five stars, and I'll ask him to come back next year.

Pleasant and professional, John got my very dirty window and frames sparkling clean. He also did the conservatory inside and out, including the glass roof, for a very reasonable price. He's got state-of-the-art equipment and is a bit of a perfectionist - everything is spotless.
I've given him an 'outstanding' rating because that's the service I received.
