I never write reviews but I feel compelled to warn people of this ‘company’. I’m not sure whether this was a scam or just utter incompetence. I was advised that the repair to my laptop would take around 2 weeks. After 4 weeks I was told that the repair had not even started yet. It ended with 10 weeks of chasing (me chasing them, no comms from them Whatsoever) at which point I demanded my laptop back. Absolutely no apology from them and then to add insult to injury they charged me for some internal shipping costs. Please avoid this place at all costs. I’m usually a good judge of people but got this totally wrong.
