I visited last weekend and ordered a large Doner kebab.
Reasonable quality meat, fresh salad but I did not like the way too mild home made chilli sauce.
What ruined it for me was the very soggy pitta bread.

I waited 41 minutes for a local cab in Camberwell! It took many phone calls and not a single apology! Very uncaring and unprofessional attitude throughout. Never again!!!

I visited the Lewisham branch to return a Tee Shirt that did not fit today. The assistant did not want to give me a refund because the Tee Shirt felt cold! I have never heard of that one before!
Company policy dictates that only STORE CREDIT NOTES OR EXCHANGES are authorised!
I got a credit note. Needless to say I went to JD SPORTS for my other clothing needs today!

I asked for a colour match. The employee saw my required chart colour and went to their paint mix machine. He then presented me with my required colour matched paint can. I opened the can, was shocked to see he has supplied me with
WHITE BASE PAINT! My required colour is certainly not white! I went somewhere else and they got it right!
Your staff member was very miserable also!
This has cost myself time and money.
I will not be back!

We visited the Old Kent Road, Peckham branch today. We left extremely disappointed due to the fact that about 50% of the items had no shelf price description. Granted some of the items have price stickers on them. I found it very hard work trying to figure out prices because unpriced items were on shelves where prior products had been and the shelf tags had not been changed. Many empty shelves also. Either they need a new store manager or some more staff.
I have never seen anything like it.
Their Watford store is heaven in comparison. Please get professional at your Peckham branch.
