Parcel force drivers are unreliable. They say your out when your in. On 2nd delivery attempt they say access issues prevented delivery. There are no access issues. For 28 years we have received mail and many other couriers without any issues. It is impossible to speak with a person to try and untangle their problem so that the delivery can be made. This is a hopeless organisation. Do not use Parcel Force

Have used Hills Alarms for past 20 years. Excellent service at all times. Initially Craig will try to talk you through a problem using the alarm key pad to sort out an issue. If a call out is required he arrives when he has agreed with you. All electronic products can get a glitch but Craig seems to be able to sort anything out. Full marks to someone who cares about his customers.
