After being quoted an excessive amount to repair my road bike by a certain bike shop in Chichester, for work that I didn't feel needed to be done, I gave Emsworth Cycles a go. The staff inside were very professional, friendly and incredibly honest. They agreeded that the extent of the repair I was quoted for was completely unnecessary and repaired only what was required. They saved me a LOT of money. Before doing any of the repairs they called to check with me that it was ok to proceed so there were no hidden costs at the end. All in all very happy with the service and will definitely come here again
