After an intesive search of the Widnes / Warrington area for the solution to the damp problem within my rental property, Andy was one of only 2 companies to either respond immediately or even return my call.
Of those two I went with Andy because he not only bent over backwards to arrange to meet me at the property but also quoted me a reasonable price within a couple of days, and get this... without me having to ring back again and ask where the quote was.
I was always able to contact Andy when necessary and was never kept waiting - to me this is important.
The damp-proofing work he carried out was all as promised and very efficiently completed. I've seen good and bad plastering - in this case the re-plastering was from floor to ceiling, but this has to be one of the neatest, flattest jobs.
We'll now see how the job lasts the Winter, but I've just received the guarantee and at this point I have no reason to think I should I should need it.
