WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
I order a tipper truck from Tuesday 28th April - Tuesday 5th May. On the 28th I drove to pick up the truck and upon arrival the truck wasn't there, they had made no effort to call me to let me know to not waste my time making the journey. I wasn't able to pick up the van until 29th and when I saw the van one of the tyres were slashed and the tires were so bare I'm surprised they were legal. When I returned the van on 5th, I was greeted by an extremely rude attitude, I was accused of returning the vehicle late and they had also charged my card an additional £40 for the late return. I explained that I was in fact not late, in actual fact I had had the vehicle for a day less than I had payed for. The issue was not rectified whilst I was on site and my wife then had to return to the depot later that day to ensure I had been given my refund of the late fee and the initial deposit. All in all the experience was appalling and the customer service was shocking.
