Been a customer for many years now, they are now called aprilia merseyside, they used to be a good caring shop but now just seem to want money and not care about the motorbikes or customers, positives::: none Negitives lots, book in for mot or work and they don't give you a time just tell u to get ur bike to them first thing in morning, then your bike sits in the rain all day outside the shop with cars speeding past the corner throwing stones at your bike, my motorbike always has rain cover on if out but mostly kept indoors, sat outside from 9am until 4pm!! They never put PAID on invoices then call you and ask you to pay!! In my case a £300 exhaust lucky I had proof. They failed my mot on £300 worth of unnecessary work I argued it and went elsewhere and it passed MOT with no advisory! BE WARNED

This is not a company, this is a garage with people that understand how important our cars are, I'm very fussy on where I put my car and have used this garage for a major service and decided I'll use them for my mot, my trust is building every time, as they go the extra mile, service great considering my car (Saab 9-5) is a pain to see parts let alone get to them. The mot passed with only 1 small advisory, the mot was conducted as it should be, safe and without missing things out. I've booked for diagnostic check so will update then, so far an outstanding trustworthy garage who will keep customers for life:) thanks for a great service.
