Luke re-tiled our bathroom floor and walls back in October 2023, so it's taken a little while for me to write this review! The work also involved fitting a new shower screen and WC, and working with the existing bath, sink and wall cabinet.
Luke was patient, calm and professional at all times, and focused on clarifying and delivering to my expectations. His work showed the meticulous attention to detail that you hope for. Luke worked around my time frame and was prepared to put in the extra time and effort to get the job done on time.
Would definitely use him again.
