Avoid hiring that guy, zero, absolutely zero common sense and social skills, no awareness of working in public and providing services to people require at least some standards.
He was doing some job in Mount Florida today afternoon and I was just passing him and his van with my dog. When we already passed him out of a sudden he decided to clap my dog from behind with a movement like he was trying to slap a horse. No any interaction or warning of doing it. When confronted by me saying he should not do that and that was very out of order from him he just had a proper mental breakdown. I’ve tried to explain this is not the way you approach or do to dogs if you don’t know them but his big mouth and shouting at me on the street didn’t allowed that. Proper anger issues and shouting made up stuff to me at the street middle of the day instead of apology.
