This individual was fully quoted prior to any works commencing and he agreed to the quantitation. He tried to add more to the jobs to include the fitment of cheap mouldings that I refused to fit as they wouldn't fit the vehicle correctly and other items that were simple incompatible to his vehicle. Not only he wanted this cheap incompatible tat fitted but this character wanted the price originally quoted for completely separate works, to cover the extra proposed. Totally outrageous character and not my typical customer as the ratings show. KSM never proceeds with unquoted jobs and always has documented evidenced of the quote and the acceptance of the quote from the customer as was the case with this individual. I received a message from this lovely fellow with it finishing "I'm leaving this rubbish city any way" although he left an Emoji of a No.2 and never actually used the word "rubbish" KSM bids this individual a pleasant, goodbye. London will still do well without you!

I Placed the order this morning 3.08.2023 for my wife birthday from website very beautiful photo but really is not like that is fake,missing flowers I cannot collect my order on exact time,very rude stuff,I didn’t recommend .
