Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

I don’t write reviews BUT I thought I must has I honestly cannot praise this team enough. The lads were absolutely amazing — hardworking, respectful, and incredibly professional throughout. What really impressed me was how spotless and tidy they left the house every single evening, despite putting in 12-hour days to keep the project on track.
During the work they uncovered major issues with woodworm and rotten timbers in the loft, which could have been a nightmare. Instead, they calmly explained everything, worked overtime, and sorted it all for us without fuss. Even more unbelievable… they didn’t ask for extra money — as Victoria Meldrew would say, “I DON’T believe it!”
From Dave the rep, who was excellent from the outset, to Neo, Kyle, and George, who were outstanding on site, I am absolutely delighted with the whole experience.
A huge thank you to you all — you’re the best, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone.
