Not impressed, we have still not had a reply from this company - we did not hire directly but it was one of their lorries that we hired via Nationwide. I would have used this company for our next lorry hire BUT the lorry we had , had bald tyres - and unbeknown to me until it happened a FAULTY FUEL GAUGE! YES ran out of fuel in France during a 9 hour journey on the A20 (M/way equiv.) plus the driver side mirror did not work - not a good thing in a large lorry!!! It wasn't until I got back to UK and checked the cab for any personal belongings left - that I found a label torn off of something that said on it _FULE GAUGE NOT WORKING (sticking)????!!! I have a good mind to report this to the police as to me this is all dangerous . to allow a lorry for hire to go out in this condition ! This was also way over sized for what we have asked for -we had to pay an extra 300 POUNDS on the freight ferry.
