Andrew Proctor, franchisee of Hunters, uses intimidation, and gratutious raving techniques and on second telephone contact he failed to apologise for unprovoked ranting, accusing me of 'forever phoning' when I had only phoned twice (!) He deliberately ignored 4 polite repetitions that I was unable to view garage of a property I contracted to buy, due to him NOT GIVING the location to his staff, when I had travelled 120 miles to do so, instead pretended it was nothing to do with him!
He denied the vendor told him location of the garage, or sent a copy of the leasehold for me to see. His low opinion of the vendor was cavalierly expressed with little regard for professionalism.
Andrew seems to delight in being the big superior 'I am' macho man, being excessively rude to clients and blaming everyone else for his shortcomings. He rudely hung up today when I repeated my need to see the garage!
I would avoid this agent at all costs as he seems to struggle with the demands of the job.

Arrived for booster covid injection Saturday 20th and fully recommend in future that this centre is more patient centred and organises mass immunisation in a way that offers PRIVACY, respect for individual needs, respects others DIGNITY and allows time for discussion of concerns.
I was SHOCKED to be shepherded into an open room where many others were receiving injections, and appalled that a male being vaccinated feet away turned to listen to my private conversation with nurse.
Many would need to strip off shirts or jumpers and yet no screens offered to allow privacy or maintain dignity.
Less a mass immunisation succcess more a disgraceful third world herding humans like cattle to serve expediency.

Sadly fence is of roughest wood, splintered, and due to the amateurish method used to attach panels is 2-3 times width of neighbours neat and tidy slim fence I asked for, resulting in less space on narrow
pavement which he narrowed even further by building fence 2-4 inches within the boundary when one inch is all that is legally required.
I also had asked him to make sure the fence had an additional barrier to ground level to prevent debris blowing under it, he has failed to do
this.

I had to ask him to return to cut a stump left dangerously sticking out which, due to gate he fixed opening to wrong side meant people have
to walk onto soil border where hedge was instead of onto paved area!
