Shaun definitely deserves his 5* ratings. I received 1st class service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, helpful, polite and friendly. He took time to explain everything until I was happy with the Ring floodlit system he suggested and which he subsequently fitted. He was on time and made a follow up call once fitted to make sure everything was OK. I would therefore highly recommend him and will definitely use again as needed.
