Render house, Block pave Drive, go to court. - Avoid like the plague.

I'm limited to 1000 letters which is insufficient to give the full picture but i will try
The job was 2 weeks to render the house then 2 weeks to Block my drive.
AC (NE) appeared professional, Vinny talked a good job, always polite on the phone.
This was just a façade for what was to follow
After starting late, the 3 man render squad soon reduced to 1 man two days a week, 3 to 4 hours a day.
I phoned with my concerns, Vinny asked me for more money to allow the drive to run in parallel as the weather was restricting the render.
Like a mug a paid, which resulted in my drive being dug up the next day and left unusable for 8 weeks while the rendering continued
When it was eventually finished, he announced that he would be laying blocks on my unprepared drive the next day. He went home and never came back
My calls went unanswered for weeks so my wife phoned Vinny and received a barrage of abuse.
We took them to court and have eventually got our money back.

How Very Silly, Very Immature Too. This Customer was more than happy with The Rendering that was done on his house, The customer did not take me to court, the deposit he paid for the block paving has been fully reimbursed, even though there was a lots of prep work done for his Driveway, This was never paid for. I could drone on about his pleading for the money back, plus his very abusive and loud wife, However these are the type of Customers that would never have paid the balance as Nothing is Good Enough for them.
