I picked Antonio due to previous five star reviews and the photos on his page. He replied to my enquiries in a timely and pleasant manner and even after I booked and then had a family accident which meant we may have had to cancel, he was still so sympathetic and kept my booking open until we were able to reconfirm.
Antonio also catered for the vegetarian and added gluten free chorizo to the meat paella, which was amazing.
On the day of the party, he arrived promptly, set up and started cooking.
The aromas from the garden were delightful and the starters were perfect.
Then, the two paellas were just so delicious, and steaming hot, served from the pan, on the lovely bamboo plates.
I would highly recommend Antonio.
