Had Robert recently install scaffolding all the way around my house for replacement guttering/facias. He was very flexible on the date, reasonably priced and arrived when agreed with a very friendly persona. On completion of the job a single text to let him know it was ready to take down and he was prompt to remove the scaffolding. A very professional job throughout and I fully recommend. Billy, Liam and Alan arrived each morning around 8.30am until 5pm each day, at one point there was 5 people working on my house. It was great to have one company manage all the building; gas; plumbing; electrics; plastering; carpentry and decorating. They always left site clean and tidy. I was so impressed that half way through the job I asked Billy to do some additional works, which he also completed in addition within the same timeframe, often working later and sometimes at weekends. Even after Billy had completed his works and I had a separate kitchen fitter (hired before I had Billy otherwise id have given him the fitting too), Billy also came back when some plumbing the kitchen fitter had done was leaking, he came out within the hr to fix the leak despite it being nothing to do with him, just to demonstrate the care he brings to his customers. Mike was fantastic from start to finish. Mike reviewed and quoted the works for the floor to be tiled in my kitchen diner, as some of the walls were in place at that point mike came back again to check he was happy with the floor level and quality once the demolition had taken place before installation was due. Mike came every morning around 8.15am prompt and completed the floor tiles laying to beautiful expertise and precision - very happy to see laser levels and proper equipment used - fills you with confidence! He spent a day cleaning and prepping the floor and sealing it fully too, again, not rushed like some tradesmen. He also tidied up at the end of each day and left the house nice and clean. Very happy with the floor, so happy, ive asked Mike back to tile the kitchen walls once im ready. Cannot recommend Mike enough. Very reasonably priced too for the care and detail.
