From the first call, the visit by the informative sales representative (not pushy), to the measuring and fitting - Bailey's has been excellent. The shutters I ordered are a fantastic, quality and beautiful addition to my home. I could not be happier! Although it does take a bit of time for them to arrive (I was warned) - it has been totally worth the wait! I'm now going to be saving up to order some more in the near future. Called Sanderson Plumbing and Heating at 1100hrs this morning and was dealt with by a charming lady who called me back quickly to let me know a plumber would be there early afternoon.
He arrived at exactly the time quoted - and quickly identified the leak and fixed it without fuss or bother.
He was professional, charming and friendly.
I will now - only use this company for any plumbing/heating issues that I may have in the future.
