I have tried to give this Halfrods branch a chance on three occassions. Twice I have walked out. The staff are rude, totally unhelpful and cause nothing but frustration and annoyance. They do not want to make the process easy at all. I have had a positive experience with another Halfords Auto-Centre in Maidstone, so it's not necessareily the brand themselves, but this place is awful.
