Have waited since last August for a reply, have phoned several times through the year and spoken to a lady, several times, who assured me they would contact me, but here we are at the end of January......and nothing!!!!
It feels personal now as they don't even phone me with an explanation.
It's such a pity but I will have to look for someone else and just hope there work is good.
