Terrible garage! I was approached with extreme rudeness by Kerry, the partner of the owner, almost immediately when I called to request a quote & to have my vehicle collected while waiting for parts to be ordered. Kerry put the phone down when I asked for a price for parts&labour, while repeatedly telling me that I was not the owner of my vehicle&that she is the owner of her business. It seemed that she thought that being in a village they could charge extortionate prices, plus it taking 4+ days to just diagnose. It became apparent this garage was not charging accurately for labour cost/estimates for repairs. The lady Kerry displayed extreme rudeness, abruptness, obnoxiousness, unprofessional behaviour. Three professionals have advised me the job to be a maximum of 3 hours of labour. Overall, the services were disgusting, unappealing, unpleasant. I would never trust this garage after this appalling treatment, especially by Kerry.
