Unless you want a load of hassle and heartache, don’t use this tiler!

It will be 8 weeks on Friday since Ian attempted to re-grout parts of the bathroom that he tiled in January. I am still waiting for him to come and rectify his mess. So far I have been given every excuse under the sun as to why he hasn’t been back yet - too busy, away, down in London, not his problem etc etc.
It is now over 6 months since the bathroom was started and it still isn’t finished.
If you want a hassle free job, I really would look elsewhere…

Yes as I said I've been working in London so I'm unable to grout till I'm back. Regarding the grout I done nothing wrong, you chose the grout colour and its dried darker which tells me it's the incorrect colour so as far as I'm aware it's not my issue to repair for free! But as a good will gesture I was willing do it for free. I didnt take my diary away with me as i explained so when I'm back youll have a date. My plumber walked off the job half way through due to your horrible attitude and quite frankly I wish I done the same. You really need to learn how to talk to people with a bit of respect
