I went to Room 97 yesterday with my hair a medium length untidy bob, for a cut, wash and blow dry. I had to go back a bit later in the morning, as i saw that the layering was not same on both sides at the front. Today i realised that the middle of the back of my head was short hair (not stacked) with long pieces on either side at the back left hanging like dogs ears. Im too embarrassed to go back again to complain, so i will have to go elsewhere and pay again to get it sorted. I have had a dry cut at Room 97 twice before with no problems. This is definitely the worst and most embarrassing haircut i have ever had in my entire life.

Had child lock stuck on Bosch washer/dryer and couldnt remove it. Had a repair company out and even rang Bosch for a solution - nothing worked. Called JD (Dean) out - FREE CALL OUT - he checked it, went away, then rang me back with advice - and it worked! Dean certainly went the extra mile and his advice was far more valuable even than Bosch. Would definitely recommend.
