From start to finish, rang EPHG after multiple failed attempts to get an engineer to look at our Boilermate, I was on the phone with Adrian Preston who within 5 minutes allocated me an engineer (Ashley) who arrived 12 minutes after I ended the call with adrian. Ashley ran his tests and after 25 minutes recognised the fault and has no ordered the correct part to be fitted tomorrow morning. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE ENOUGH!
