Great service in uncertain times

The support we have received from TCL during the COVID pandemic has been excellent. Our staff are now home-based and so we needed to arrange phone diverts for all extension numbers. With the help of TCL we have successfully been able to do this and also make changes in regards to furloughed staff, quickly and efficiently. The office team in particular are very responsive and flexible, which takes the stress out of the equation for us!
The engineers are generally very helpful too, although on a few occasions some messaging has got lost in translation between us as we're not well-versed in 'Telecoms language'. We did feed this back to the main office, and have since found the level of service has improved. We feel that some further customer service training for engineers could be beneficial to improve the service on-site even further. Otherwise, TCL have delivered a great service to us and we would recommend them to others.
