Unfortunately, the experience worsened after we were seated. We were not given a drinks menu and waited around 15 minutes to order drinks, only after asking. When they arrived, the order was incorrect, and the manager left the tray on the table before walking away.

The food was extremely disappointing. The "8-hour cooked lamb" was dry, tough, and difficult to eat, while vegetables served with two dishes were virtually raw. When challenged, staff insisted they were "al dente."

Most concerning was the General Manager's response. Rather than addressing our concerns professionally, he was sarcastic, dismissive, and argumentative, even raising his voice. A member of staff then made a rude comment about us. Overall, the service and attitude throughout the evening were completely unacceptable.
