Andrew quoted & it was all agreed. Evening before the work was due to start I received a call saying they wouldn't be arriving on the agreed date, but the following day. The workforce arrived & then Dennis, the 'boss' arrived. Within minutes, without a word they all disappeared, I had to contact the office for an explanation. It appears that they couldn't do the work for the cost quoted & agreed so they just left. I spoke with Dennis & was made to feel this was my fault, even though they had given me the cost, they were not working to my budget! He was rude & unhelpful - avoid at all costs!
