If I could give this company zero stars I would. We didn't even get the work done through them in the end due to the verbal abuse myself and my husband received from one employee, whom alarmingly I believe to be the boss. The way he spoke to us was beyond shocking, coming from anyone, let alone a 'professional'. And all because we hadn't had communication back from them following our initial enquiry so we chased up and mentioned this, and he went ballistic?! It deeply concerns me that people with this temperament and zero respect are out there being trusted to do important work on people's homes. Be warned that if you give any critique, no matter how small or justified, be prepared for an onslaught of aggressive verbal abuse.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Having made an initial enquiry, I received a phone call from a highly aggressive employee (very worryingly, I suspect a manager) who informed me (paraphrased) that I should learn to wait (I had only called them a couple of times having not heard anything back!). He spoke to me disgustingly. I was simply shocked that any business owner/professional would speak to a potential customer in this manner. I was extremely upset. Another member of staff tried to console me, but it was interesting that neither he, not any other member of staff could tell me the name / position of this man - clearly someone of seniority then - EXTREMELY worrying. My partner consequently called the man, and was stunned by his response-disgusting language, sexist comments about me and even a physical threat (if "my partner would like to come down to the office"). All because I asked for his help fixing my leaky roof. He eventually said to my partner that he would send me an apology email. Surprise surprise, still no email months later. I just don't understand why he acted in this way just because I enquired about giving him my custom!! Completely unjustified and unnecessary. He was obviously having a bad day, but so was I following this incident. Surely he should be welcoming new customers regardless of events in his personal life? This man is a disgrace to this business and humankind in general. Needless to say, I can't comment on quality of the job as we didn't get that far. I am still in shock.
