This trip was booked by our son as a birthday surprise and wow what a surprise it was! Check in was from 3pm, and from the minute we arrived the staff were fantastic! They are professional, friendly and clearly get on well with each other. Corey the barman advised on what to have in the Seedlip non-alcoholic gin I ordered and checked that it was okay for me when I tried it. The restaurant serves outstanding food and refreshing desserts in a pleasant atmosphere. Our room in the Garden House was very spacious and clean. We didn’t hear any other guests complain about anything so we’d definitely recommend the Egypt Mill to others. Exceptional thanks to Corey!

We called Michael last week to get a quote for one bedroom and the stairs and landing, he was reasonably priced, pleasant and provided guidance on colour matching. This week he has completed the work to an exceptional standard. The time taken to complete the work shows his attention to detail. We will definitely use ‘The Perfectionist ‘ again and would highly recommend him to others. Michael also does handy work and based on the standard of his decorating if we needed anything doing we’d be confident that he’d do a great job. We will be asking him back to do more decorating soon.

After selling an item online and having it collected by Smilers I was so impressed I booked them for our house move due a few weeks later. After being messed around by our solicitor we had to rearrange twice more. On the third date change we were billed an extra £75 which was totally understandable as I appreciate wages, fuel etc all have to be covered. The three men were fantastic! Very efficient, professional and funny - they made a stressful time bearable! I’d recommend Paul and the others to anyone planning a move. Items are wrapped and on arrival at the new address put carefully into the appropriate room. Nothing short of excellent!
