Very personable customer service from the team. They were absolutely brilliant during the process. The customer service advisor Mrs Haque and the admin team were super responsive and kept us informed at every point throughout the process. They even called me after sending the inspection report to know if everything in the report is correct. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
