Delighted with the excellent service from Westcott, from our first contact with John, who came to discuss what we needed, through to the installation. Everyone we met was friendly and professional, the installation problem free. The unit is small and inobtrusive and works quickly and efficiently, with minimum noise. There is hardly any noise from the outside unit.
So delighted, looking at getting a second unit in another bedroom, thank you Westcott.
