Went here with my friend as a Xmas treat night out. It was nearly empty on our arrival this should have been a hint what was to come. Waiter seemed to have given up the will to live. We filled our plates, but we couldn't find one thing that wasn't cold and dry it just tasted of nothing. Chips not even cooked. To be honest it turned our stomachs. We asked for the manager /owner who was rude, he told us no one else has complained. We rufused to pay as we had hardly had any. After a 5 minute argument we just paid for drinks. My friend and I have never refused to pay for a meal in our lives. And we will eat anything. Avoid this place food absolutely disgusting.

My dog was spayed at merthyr tydfil vets4pets,but on her follow up appointment my dog and I were kept waiting over an hour with no explanation. By this time my dog was becoming distressed so a receptionist Very rudely told me to take the dog for a 10 minute walk and then come back. I did this and both myself and my dog got soaked in pouring rain. On our return we waited a further 20 minutes. I then decided enough was enough as my dog was now soaked and distressed. On complaining to personal I was told to take my dog elsewhere as there is a lot going on and they said that's why my dog was distressed.. I explained until I was blue in the face that it was because of the wait and being sent outside. Again told to go to another vets and it was my dog's fault. Absolutely disgusting customer service the person who dealt with my complaint is clearly in the wrong job . Only giving 1 star because I had to to proceed. L.Scrimshaw.
