I have recently moved to the mansfield area from Langwith and was looking for a new dental practice. Having always had NHS treatment and being dissatisfied, I thought It was time I tried a private practice. I searched the Internet and found a handful of private practices in the area and decided to pop into Thackerays for a bit more information. As I was stood at the reception desk asking a receptionist for some information on registering, I couldn't help but be distracted by a dentist ranting in the background about one of his customers being late. I thought it quite unprofessional as I could clearly hear every word. I have also never come across a dentist with what I can only describe as a scruffy appearance (even in all my years of NHS treatment)
When paying private, coloured trainers and heavily creased scrubs are not what I expect to see!
I've since had an appointment at Titchfield who I've got to say seem miles ahead.
