I am so grateful to Richard for doing an absolute top repair on my engagement ring.
The problem started 18 months ago when I took my Platinum diamond engagement ring to a jewellers in Gillingham high street for a resize. To cut a long story short they completely ruined my ring it came back looking totally different. I was absolutely distraught by what they had done so much so I never put the ring back on. I finally decided to try and get it sorted and took it to PJ Steel. From start to finish they were all absolutely brilliant, I was so worried about handing my ring over but they were so helpful and assured me all the way that they could help and restore my ring to how it originally looked. I collected my ring last week and I was so thrilled Richard had done a brilliant job on restoring it, not having seen it originally I did wonder if it was possible but Richard came up trumps and I can not thank him or his team for everything they did I would never go anywhere else ever again.
