Hi Carl/ Andy, I’m sorry you feel that way and have felt the need to leave this review on multiple platforms and several of our Facebook posts, albeit under different names. My intention wasn’t to have a bad attitude despite also feeling that your tone was rude on both the call you’re referring to and previous contact we’ve had with you (yesterday morning and when you originally requested an appointment and were unhappy with our deposit policy). You had an appointment booked in around 6 weeks’ time and asked to change this to in around 3 weeks’ time but unfortunately we weren’t able to accommodate this as we’re fully booked. You then stated that you would need to go somewhere else to which I replied, “No problem, that’s absolutely fine, bye,” and I ended the call. Given the circumstances, I’m not sure it would be helpful but if you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to send me an email on hello@frankiesspa.co.uk Many thanks, Jess (Owner and Manager)

Bad bad customer service from Rob, emailed him December to cancel a bike, he didn't get it, paid £100 deposit asked him if could get it back or put it on new bike orderd, he left me hours no reply said come back tomorrow, so was reluctant to refund or help, there part Colin appleyard so no doubt he'll make it awkward for us buy our 2 bikes now. Horrible experience

I called up to complain was told there's no practice manager , had ti report Dr haddad to gmc , left in severe pain by surgery, was promised a call by gp but got text refusing me prescription, had operation a week ago needed movicol as on low income don't pay , refused one, tyen sent me a zero tolerance letter as revenge attack, disgusting practice
