Product didn't do the job, when I contacted then got told user error in a mice way! If ordering, make sure you get a copy first of the manual and see what it states it can actually do or where you can use it. The £50 you pay to return soon racks up, when they say what parts are damaged. Even if you admitted to one part, they find lots more! They video opening it on return but it stops and starts. I've learnt the hard way. Be totally certain you totally understand what you are getting and what it can do.
