Pick-up was arranged, email and text reminders received with a four hour time window and assurances of a phone call an hour/half an hour before arrival. Then no show. No explanation. Nothing. Nada. Couldn't reach anyone on the three phone numbers I had. By contrast MR Recovery (Mike 07831689968) came within a couple of hours of my call, paid cash and was personable and efficient. It's a no-brainer!
