I am an architecture student in Cardiff, and one of the files for a university submission crashed unexpectedly a couple of days before the deadline. I went online to find a place that could possibly help me on a weekend, and I found this company. I called Andy at around midnight on a Saturday (!) and he was very friendly and eager to help me with my problem. He stayed up for hours that night to examine my computer and explain to me everything that he was doing, while being miles away from his computer. The next day him and his colleague did whatever they could to save my file, which was broken beyond repair in the end, but I was impressed with how helpful they were. I would 100% recommend this company for data emergencies! Fast and good communication.
