I’m not normally one to moan however I don’t want others to fall foul of taking their car here.

I took mine for a tyre and they used incorrect procedures/practice and caused damage to my locking wheel nut, they then couldn’t get it off and told me I would have to go elsewhere to have it removed. After checking with other garages and online I discovered the incorrect practice. I went back and questioned a staff member (I believe he is the owner) and I was met with unprofessional and abusive language. Total denial of causing damage and then swearing at me is totally wrong. To be clear I did not use any abusive words and my behaviour was totally reasonable. Terrible service.
