Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Bike broke done 3 times from new. No response from them. My best advice buy from somewhere else.

Thats not quite true. You invalidated your warranty. We sasid we would stand by your warranty! All you had to do was drop bike off. You have been incredibly abusive yet still we said we would fix for free. Never dropped bike off and now leave a bad review. Not sure what more we could have done for you.
