Don't waste your time & money with other carpet cleaners, Malcolm's your man!

My carpet was in a pretty bad state, a lot of dirt and mud caked in (muddy garden, pets, and light-coloured carpet - not a good combo!), it was driving me crazy! But Malcolm spent a lot of time, care, and effort meticulously restoring it back to looking brand new; he even replaced a small bit of damaged carpet for me, tidied up other parts too, which was a lovely bonus! Very friendly & knowledgeable about his work too.
He spent a good 10-11hrs working hard to get it all clean. Other carpet cleaners were quoting 2hrs, so no chance would it have turned out anywhere near as good if I'd went with them - clearly wasn't a quick job! And they would have left the carpets wet (part of the 'time-saving'); Malcolm stayed til it was dry. The only problem is that I only got my downstairs carpet cleaned, so the rest of the house looks pretty shabby now in comparison. I'll have to get Malcolm back in to finish sorting it - see you again soon!
